Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026
By using Magici you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your content
Everything you write or upload stays yours, and it's stored in your own Google Drive. You give Magici permission to read and write those files only so it can show and save your journal.
Don't use Magici to store anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to store.
Your Google account
You need a Google account to use Magici. Your journal uses your Google storage, and Google's own terms apply to it. If your storage fills up, new entries may not save until you free up space.
The service
Magici is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Keep your own backups of anything important. Your journal is in your Drive, so you can always get to it there.
We may change or stop features, and we may suspend accounts that are used for abuse or break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss of data, profits or other indirect losses from using Magici. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Using Magici after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
